This intensive workshop for dancers, musicians, actors, performance artists will explore movement, sound, text through entering into the physiology of different fluid states that the body holds as vibration and inner musicality based on the studies of Body Mind Centering®. Exploring, separating and differentiating rhythms and flow of blood, cranial sacral fluid, synovial, lymph, cellular, fat, fascia, et al, will tune us to improvising scores to create a symphony of movement, sound and words.

Each class a different musician will join who will also be exploring and setting the tone for the specific study of that class.

Students must commit to the full workshop that ends with an informal showing in studio.

This workshop will take place at Movement Research, 122 Community Center. MR, 122CC is a fully ADA compliant facility.
