About this Workshop:

Development in the Dark Room is a structured improvisational dance class designed for the educational needs of blind and visually impaired people. It has an internal focus on movement creation, while cultivating a sense of the body in motion, and will give students opportunities to practice self audio description in community. The Dark Room is a safe vessel for choreographic development in disability community, and will explore themes of self-growth.

She looks out into the distance alert, with anticipation towards Stage Right, with both arms sending out energy from the shoulders through the fingertips downward at 45 degrees.
