About this class:
This class begins by focusing internally, locating specific feelings of movement, and working to trust them. We track how these feelings move our body, and how this body connects to the spaces and bodies around it. Encouraging the use of incremental amounts of force, we slow down shifts of weight in order to feel them entirely. Imagery-based exercises help to increase sensitivity to momentum and gain support from the surfaces around us, including the air. The effort allows for ease and comfort from open space, and to settle even when ungrounded.
