This class brings together a fusion of contemporary practices to create a dynamic and exploratory movement experience. Grounded in improvisation and touch, participants will engage with balance, weight sharing, and the shifting of energy within the body and throughout the space. Emphasis will be placed on connection and relationality— between bodies, within the group, and as a broader sense of community. Drawing from many years of experience in diverse social dance forms—particularly Salsa— Luis A. will guide participants through an evolving process of learning and discovery. Through this approach, dancers will deepen their awareness, expand their movement vocabulary, and develop a more responsive, intuitive relationship to themselves and others.

What to expect:
We expect to move, to learn, and to discover together with others in the room. Openness and curiosity are a must. The class is a result of my many years of dancing and studying several somatic practices. The class is open to all levels.
