This event presents the overview of the O-1 visa, colloquially known as the “extraordinary ability” visa, held by international artists working in the US. Participants will learn about the requirements of the visa, broken down into language that is digestible and actionable. The facilitator will discuss best practices and high-level strategies to compile evidence to meet the visa requirements, geared towards dance and movement based performance practices.
