Irene will teach a selection of short and longer choreographies created as a way of warming-up, training, coordinating within one’s own body as well as interacting with surrounding environment. Each choreography embodies specific goals such as enhancing freedom of the hip joints, articulation of the feet/ankles, dynamic trunk articulation and control, ease of breathing and freedom of the rib cage, expression of the hands, balance skills, etc.
What to expect:
Expect to be moving during the entire class, and expect to learn a lot of choreographic material created by Irene.
