Class is in 3 parts:
1. Thorough warm-up, attention and awareness to the organs, skeletal, and muscular body.

2. DANCING! Movement phrase concentrating on articulate sequences, musicality and phrasing, nuance, gesture, floor material, jumping, organic and unusual co-ordinations, idiosyncrasies, and clean, straightforward dancing.

3. MORE DANCING! Materials Lab- creating individual response movement. Sharing, transmitting, reframing, destroying, and harnessing aptitudes for play to expand out movement palettes.

Throughout the week, we will talk about the tangible components essential for cultivating a harmonious movement practice.
