Refund Policy

Refund requests will be accepted until one week prior to the workshop start date and must be made in writing via email to melt@movementresearch.org. A $25 processing fee and credit card processing fees will be deducted for all individual workshops.

  • If you are feeling ill, we ask that you please stay home. In the case of illness, refunds may be given if a request has been made in writing to melt@movementresearch.org prior to class start time.
  • The doors will close 15 minutes past the start of class time (10:15am for a 10am workshop). Refunds will not be issued due to late arrival.
  • If a workshop is sold out, waitlist spots will be released 5 minutes past the start of class time (10:05am for a 10am start time).  Refunds will not be issued if your ticket is released to a waitlist spot.

Can I drop in to a workshop?

Unless otherwise noted, there are no drop ins available.

Can I get a discount if I have to miss a day of the workshop?

No, we are unable to offer discounts or prorate workshop fees due to missed days.

Can I transfer my registration to another workshop?

No, transfers are not possible between workshops.

Do you have any work/study or work exchange options?

MR has internships which follow a work/study format. Directions on how to apply can be found on our Internships at MR page.
