Born and raised on the Pacific Coast, with a heritage that calls to the sea of Busan, South Korea and the bamboo streams of Yixing, China— Autumn is an artist of the transpacific diaspora, with her primary mediums being pottery, movement, and earth art.

Alongside her artistic explorations, she is a rising academic studying somatic art therapies and environmental neuroscience at nyu— with a focus on critical theory, diasporic art history, and curatorial studies. Her work is a meditation on grief in translation.
