Riven Ratanavanh is a Thai-Chinese multi-disciplinary artist. His work focuses on Asian (trans) masculinities, fetishes-and-fetishism, sociopolitical power dynamics, and diasporic imaginations.

Spanning performance, video, and photo, he has presented work at Bangkok Kunsthalle, Performance Space New York, the Poetry Project, Movement Research, and the Center for Performance Research. His films have been shown at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), TRANSlations, the Seattle Trans Film Festival, and the London Short Film Festival. He has been featured in the Asian American Arts Alliance Magazine, Dazed Magazine,  BUTT Magazine, CIRCA, and has published writing in Document Journal.
