Liz Westbrook is a Brooklyn-based dancer, dance-maker and poet. Her research and studies follow a curiosity of movement, landscape, and sound. She trains in the Gibney Independent Training Program under the mentorship of Leah Wilks, previously studying with The University of the Arts and Bennington College. She taught creative and contemporary movement through Urbanity Dance’s Community programming, specializing in children with disabilities and arts enrichment in low-income neighborhoods throughout Boston. She is a current company member with Passion Dance Project. Past works include: Nadine Gerspetcher, Bill T. Jones, Grant Jacoby, Laura Sanchez, Shaina Schwartz, Anna Limberea.
