Jenna Taus is a choreographer, dancer, visual artist and Restorative Justice practitioner in NYC. They delve into the collaborations between gender studies, healing and movement through play. Jenna currently explores the ways in which queerness is a catalyst for truth, genuinity and multiplicity in its many layers. Their heart, mind and flesh are their medium, and therefore they develop material through introspection and generate performance, community gatherings, writings and sculptures as a result. They received their BA from Bennington College where they studied with Elena Demyanenko, Levi Gonzalez, Mina Nishimura, Kota Yamazaki and Dana Reitz– performing alongside Elena Demyanenko, Vanessa Anspaugh and Aguibou Sanou.
