Hannah Lieberman
Hannah Lieberman (she/her) is a dance artist, dance maker, and writer based in New York City. She graduated with a BFA in Dance and minor in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in May 2022, where she was fortunate to perform in works by Barbie Diewald, Aston K. McCullough, and Camille A. Brown among others. Her studies in modern, postmodern, and contemporary dance in the Five College Dance Department provided a clear pathway from her early training at Boston Ballet School to her current research obsessions: the performance of gender in conversation with physicality, femininity, queerness, moving in and out of form, and vestigial movement memories. In addition to interning at Movement Research, Hannah is presenting her work in the city, performing in works by dear friends, and joyfully working for Amy Jacobus Marketing and Gibney. hannahbethlieberman.com
