Lynn Niu Wilcox is an interdisciplinary artist born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. She will graduate from Barnard College in 2027 with a B.A. in Dance and English (creative writing). She grew up training in Chinese dance forms, while surrounded by the movement and community of Ananya Dance Theatre. She has worked with Breanna O’Mara and Stephanie Troyak in Pina Bausch repertory, as well as Jodi Melnick, NiNi Dongnier, Irene Hultman, Pramila Vasudevan, and Ananya Chatterjea in original works. Lynn approaches art-making as a transformative act of reckoning with the intimate depths of desire, identity, and ancestry.
