The Artist of Color Council (AoCC) is a cohort of artists of color addressing cultural diversity, equity, and sustainable structural integration in MR’s operations, programming, outreach, and throughout its extended communities. The council aspires to increase visibility, opportunities, and engagement with resources for artists of color within the field.

The AoCC members meet once every month and are looking to expand their reach for the 2023-2024 year. Artists of Color do not have to apply to be part of the AoCC, just show up and engage.

Current AoCC CORE Members include:
Monica Nyenkan
Nami Yamamoto
Kayva Yang
Shawn Rawls
Imani Rameses
