- No class on July 4
Alexander Technique looks at the way we carry out our intentions. Often we use a process that is habitual, unconscious, and counterproductive. Fabio Tavares teaches Alexander Technique for Rachel Bernsen on June 20, 27.
Alice MacDonald teaches on July 11, 18, 25.
