Class Description:

This morning practice is about our physicality, leaving space for sensation and feedback from our bodies. We take time to ready ourselves as we try to find ease and a robust energy. Our preparation also attends to physical mechanics, alignment, clarity, and movement efficiency. Through rigor, some improvisation, and exploration, we want to deepen our understanding, our intuition, our focus, hone our skills, discover our comfort and pleasure, and arrive at dancing together.

The accessible entrance is located at 243 Thompson St. and the elevator at Judson Memorial Church is currently working. The elevator connects Level 1 (street access) to Level 3 (Meeting Room where performances take place) and Level B or basement (where restrooms are located).
