Class Description:

Trisha Brown Dance Company class will begin with a warm-up to integrate the breath and full dimension of the body, movement exercises will focus on undoing places of tension and holding. Mapping the joints of the body will be emphasized to enable clear and efficient movement pathways in preparation for learning phrase material from Trisha Brown’s repertory, which encompasses quick qualitative shifts and complex points of initiation.

Please note that the location of this class may change from Eden’s Expressway to another Movement Research location. Please continue to check this event webpage for up-to-date location details.

The elevator works with a key-lock system that allows access to our specific floor.
