Our bodies are the source of self-liberation. Every cell, tissue, organ, and fluid that is us embodies transcendental consciousness. During this workshop we will become portals of the non-evident within us, allowing ourselves to be moved from our own depths with care and compassion. We ́ll do so by tapping into our Connective Tissues (Fascia), Heart, and Guts wisdom/consciousness. Through meditation techniques, contemplative practices, visualization, and imagination - based on the Mahayana Buddhist Tantric Traditions- we will practice curiosity without expectations, embodying spaciousness, and exploring what emerges and how it moves within or through us.
What is revealed when we allow ourselves to feel/ sense the vastness of our embodied consciousness? What unravels or moves in/ through our multidimensional beings? Where does liberation dwell within us?
This workshop is for:
-People interested in deep meditation techniques and contemplative practices
-Humans in need of deep rest and radical (self)compassion
-Beings that desire to explore their creative practice through imagination, dreaming, and the subconscious realms
-Healers, witches, caretakers, energetic workers, and anyone who serves other beings (people, land, animals, etc.) and need to restore themselves.
Tentative Workshop Structure:
-Group Arrival & Connection
-Deep Sensing Meditation (30-45 mins of guided imagining, visualization, and somatic contemplation)
-Integration (15-20 mins of a creative practice of your preference drawing, writing, dancing, etc.)
-Consolidation: Group Sharing (sharing is optional)
This is mostly an auditive experience and participants are welcome to have cameras off during the session. We will be practicing radical care and moving as a group, please take care of your needs. Glitches are inevitable in the virtual world, use them to exercise autonomy and agency. Breathe and Rest!!
