About class:

Resiliency Motions, Decisive Actions

Continuing practices such as meditation, automatic writing, visualization-based dances, small rituals, and collective moving together, we tap into resiliency, free-ness, and our bodies' wisdom. Prompts in these sessions offer re/connection to the body as a starting point for transformation. And facilitation will hold space for dormant, thawing seedlings of action and decision to arise. Frameworks for Resiliency Motions, Decisive Actions call in many queer BIPOC ancestors and legacies of thought, politics, and practice. These sessions value and center erotic power, anti-colonial wisdom, and the body as nature.
