I offer a workshop around the use of the voice as a liberating music instrument. Voice as a tool to ground in ancestral practices as well as to explore societal and futurist narratives. Drawing from deep listening, healing embodied practices and the genesis of language, we’ll embark on a collective journey through vocal exploration. We'll use vocal technique, listening, toning and phonemes as tools to approaching each of our own instrument and the way we can relate and weave our sounds to space and to each other. As each of us seek, and express our unique voice, we contribute to collective empowerment.
