Class will reference contemporary approaches to pilates. Expect to move through challenging sequences. Each class presents opportunities for exploration, intuition, and practicing good techniques.

What to expect:
There will be some traditional pilates and some contemporary pilates exercises. Expect to be challenged and encouraged.
