Class will reference contemporary approaches to pilates. Expect sequences that move and feel spherical, a deep integration of breath work, and the use of metaphor. Each class presents opportunities for exploration, intuition, and good techniques.

What to expect:
Experience with or an interest in pilates is helpful but not required! Open level that leans towards challenging.
