ID: Abstract animal drawing in different bright colors. Drawing by Yvonne Meier.

In a creative process, fostered by sets of imagery, we reach an active stage of releasing tension and realign ourselves with the forces of nature. We will learn to keep our body parts and breath autonomous during challenging movement experiments.

The material offered during this class falls within the category of “intermediate,” but dancers/movers can join regardless of their “dance level.”
