This morning practice is about our physicality. We take time to ready ourselves as we try to find ease, strength and a robust energy. In addition to leaving space for feedback from our bodies, our preparation also attends to physical mechanics, alignment, clarity, and movement efficiency. Through rigor, exploration, and some improvisation, we want to deepen our understanding, our intuition, our focus, hone our skills, discover our comfort and pleasure, and arrive at dancing together.
