Please Note: Yvonne Meier will sub on May 13th

In these classes we will tune our embodied, perceptual awareness to spontaneous dancing/improvisation. We’ll ignite and support our movement and stillnesses using various kinds of music and sound, imagery, and an appreciation of the open spaces inside and around us. Through our practice together, we can cultivate letting go of unnecessary tension(s) and allow for new movement possibilities to arise.

This class is OPEN TO ALL, with or without formal dance training.
