Please note: Class on March 26th will take place at 122 Cultural Center.

This class hopes to offer an experience of how movement might live rather than become positioned. The base material for physical tuning and practicing will explore sensation, instinct, and the inherent musicality inside the body in order to investigate our bodies in movement and to consider technique and our own movement desires. We will warm up using improvisation and with floor material and standing sequences. The class will conclude with phrase material.
