Class Announcements:

In this studio class open to all, disabled and non-disabled participants, we will use somatic, creative, and intellectual practices to delve into questions and experiences of body/mind ancestry. We will practice the different mechanisms and concepts of vortex motion such as velocity distribution, vorticity (curvature), and circulation in relationship to proprioception, anatomy planes (sagittal, transverse, frontal) and axes of movement.

- This class takes place at Eden’s Expressway.
- There is a small elevator available upon request, please reach out for exact dimensions.
- NOTE: The bathroom in the space is not wheelchair accessible.
