Molly M. Whawell (she/they) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Glasgow, Scotland, working across installation, sculpture, performance and moving image. Through their work they are interested in the spatial systems and conceptual infrastructures at work behind everyday life – particularly moments at which bodies intersect or are in friction with these. Molly’s current research is investigating the global cut-flower trade. Molly holds a BA(Hons) Fine Art – Sculpture from the Glasgow School of Art. Zinzi Buchanan (they/them) is an artist working with dance, performance, facilitation and writing. Their practise is improvisational and plays with the potential of our alive bodies. Their past creations include an Acupuncture Clinic at Gropius Bau Berlin, curated by SERAFINE1369/Jamila Johnson-Small and a 90 minute sonic-performance called SICK DREAMS, which premiered at LOFFT theatre Leipzig. Kirstin Halliday (they/them) is a dance artist and performer based in Glasgow who has choreographed, facilitated and performed in diverse contexts including; visual arts, music videos, club nights and community dance workshops. Grounded by their research background in Geography, their movement practice is motivated by the co-generative relation between moving bodies, social space, & interpersonal relations and identities. Aniela Piasecka (they/she) is an artist based in Glasgow, UK. Working with performance and multidisciplinary modes of choreography, they have recently been developing research around the somatic experiencing and choreography of pain, the role of risk in performance and biopsychosocial research into the ‘functions’ of the body. Past works have been presented with Bergen Kunsthall, Norway; CAPC, Bordeaux; The Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin; Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art and Dansehallerne, Copenhagen; Cubitt Gallery, London.
