This gathering brings us to being and moving together turns us towards this collective wondering and dreaming. Class begins with “check-ins”, circular sharing that offer a space to express personal pains and concerns, hopes and joys, anecdotes, stories or songs, as we fortify our day’s practice as a process of curiosity. Our deep breathing, listening and presencing, is an undercurrent that support fluid systems for dancing in joy together. In these gatherings we foster an atmosphere of mutual respect, care, and accountability, which are the necessary foundation for risk-taking, channeling, and imagining spaces together and elsewhere.

What to expect:
We expect to be imagining a world together.Playing.Laughing.Moving and Being Full.
