De-colonizing the Feldenkrais Method through principles of improvisational scores; research the nervous systems during these Zionist, difficult times; let the movement, the rage, the sorrows settle down into the ground. Discover how to self-regulate through movement in our nervous system and our ability to recognize and create liberating movement patterns that are both more efficient, pleasant, and fun. The method emphasizes awareness, distribution of effort/action through the whole self, expanding self-perception, and our ability to carry out our intentions.
What to expect:
Slow movement. Expect to build up your “paciencia” from slow to fast, improve, explore hands-on with each other to apprehend the learning process, improvisational patterns, the use of your voice as an instrumental guide, Feldenkrais with music, fun movement patterns.
