Class is about waking, seeing, listening, breathing, interdependence – simply: dancing.

What to expect:
For all movers and thinkers. Taking time to expand awareness and coordinate movement, experience and consciousness. Floor “work,” dance vocabulary, choreographic/improvisational structures conversation.
