Nicole Bindler, dance-maker, educator, writer, and organizer has offered her talk on Palestinian dance and the cultural boycott of Israel at numerous universities and conferences. Her writing on the subject has been published in Contact Quarterly, Jewish Currents, BMC® Currents, Somatics Toolkit, American Jewish Studies Perspectives, and thINKingDANCE. As a presenter, she has created platforms for Palestinian dance artists such as Samar Haddad King, Mette Loulou von Kohl, Leila Awadallah, Khaled Barghouthi, Aya Razzaz, and Leila Mire. In 2017 she toured a collaboration with dancers from Bethlehem-based, Diyar Theatre. She currently organizes with Jewish Voice for Peace-Philadelphia. nicolebindler.com.
