In “today’s dance” class we will explore everyday movement through experimentation. We will warm up and use simple movement scores in self-exploratory ways. Our work together will be inclusive of skill level, experience and individual range, so come as you are— we are all able to contribute here. Expect to move together and in solos, experimentation and the willingness to “yes, and” through movement is a must. All experience levels are welcome as we find today’s dance through collaboration, patience, self-love, and openness.
