2016 HONOREE FUNDS
At the 2015 Gala, we introduced a new giving platform so that contributors could donate in the name of honorees. This year, you may earmark your donations for the following programs:
Anita Durst General Operating Support Fund
This new Fund created in honor of Anita will provide core, unrestricted support to Movement Research, strengthening the organization’s ability to provide instrumental services to movement-based artists and to offer free events to audiences.
Nicky Paraiso Diversity Initiative Fund
This new Fund created in honor of Nicky will support the Artists of Color program, a Movement Research initiative that fosters a deepened engagement of artists of color through monthly meetings, diversity and inclusion trainings, and curatorial, editorial, performance and residency opportunities.
