Yassmine Benchrifa

Yassmine Benchrifa (22 years old, born in Marrakech, Morocco) has been a Hip-hop dancer since she was 12 years old. She started in the street culture and participated in many (and won some) national competitions. She has taken many workshops from different professional hip-hop dancers such as keiven paradox and Wellow. In 2017 she joined the Marrakech-based contemporary dance company Cie Anania under the leadership of Taoufiq Izeddiou. She has also taken several master classes with professional contemporary dance artists such as Hérve Koubi, Eric L. Amoureux, Hella Fatoumi, Bernardo Monté, and Taoufiq Izaddiou. She is an upcoming professional dancer.
