Kelsey Greenway is a Maui-raised performance artist, choreographer, and movement researcher. In 2016, she graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Cognitive Science and a concentration in Dance and the Embodied Arts. Upon graduation, she received Fulbright scholarship and spent a year in Tel Aviv, Israel researching, choreographing, and ‘shaking and quaking’. Kelsey is proud to be a founding member of Heid + Co, a new NYC-based company. Both her physical and empirical investigations take on the challenge of understanding and developing perceptions of agency in movement - with the hope of making the space between ‘moving’ and ‘being’ infinitesimal.
