Cora Laszlo is a Brazilian dance-maker, performer, teacher, and author. Her creative and pedagogical work is based on the Klauss Vianna Technique, being specifically focused on improvisation, context-awareness, and creative processes. Her works and projects have been performed in several cities, festivals, theaters, and colleges. Cora has worked with Brazilian and foreign dancers, choreographers, visual artists, and filmmakers. She holds a B.A. in Dance from Unicamp and an M.A. from PUC-SP. Cora has been the recipient of several grants for the creation of dance performances, and a FAPESP scholarship for her ongoing pedagogical work with teenagers, which ultimately resulted in a book entitled "Outros Caminhos de Dança" (2018). After moving to New York in Fall 2018, Cora has performed at Fi:Af and other dance venues.
