
Andrew Muchmore
Andrew Muchmore graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2008. For the last decade, he has represented clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and established new precedents on issues such as the enforceability of no-damage-for-delay clauses, the application of the first-filed rule to concurrent state and federal litigation, and the application of the First Amendment to social dancing. He serves as general counsel to a broad array of clients in the real estate, technology, and hospitality sectors. In addition to practicing law, he has developed real estate and established two successful businesses. His practice is primarily focused on commercial litigation and contract disputes. He has also been recognized by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and ABA Journal for his work in public interest litigation.
