In morning class we will prepare our bodies and minds to dance with clarity, articulation, and expressivity - inviting ease and support through pathways of the body. Drawing on anatomical imagery and somatic practices to increase efficiency and freedom of our movement. Seeing and being seen. Directing our attention and intention to find freedom, awareness, and power in our dancing.
