Thank you so much for re-posting this and to Neal Medlyn for starting the whole conversation. This has been a really, really important conversation for a long time, and I think it’s only becoming more so. I think there are parallels with artists working on the fringe in many disciplines and figuring out the constant juggle and ethics of how to value one’s work and that of our peers, our collaborators, and our colleagues.
