Julie Alexander is originally from Houston, TX, and has been living in Brooklyn, NY for the 6 years. She has had the pleasure of performing with some inspiring people here- Beth Gill, Miguel Gutierrez, Trajal Harrell, Anna Sperber, Michou Szabo, Donna Uchizono and Antonietta Vicario, among others. Her dance-making venture has been presented by Dixon Place. She is looking forward to starting a new project with Yasuko Yokoshi this year.
