Dance Gang is Will Rawls and Kennis Hawkins. Founded in 2006, Dance Gang appropriates a blend of art installation, choreography, video and the absurd to realize its work. Dance Gang investigates how dance responds to variant circumstances to find fresh expression and visibility. Dance Gang's work has appeared at P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center, Dixon Place, Movement Research Festival, The ISE Cultural Foundation, New General Catalog, Tanz im August, superbien!
