Description: What’s in a name? If identity is formed through an ongoing process of relational, lived experiences, can a performance be a stopping point along the way? This evening’s performances consider the construction of personal greatness or folly, in a fame-obsessed, spectacle-driven culture. I Heart Judson is also a means to address Judson Memorial Church’s status as a communal figurehead for historic experiments in performance.
