KO (Kathleen Ochoa) is an independent dance artist, who has presented work in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto. She has worked for Brooklyn-based dance company, Human Behavior Explorers, and her choreography has been presented in New York as part of Movement Research Works-in-Progress Series, as guest artist for ProjectLimbs Dance Company and as part of the Metro Dance Project Series. She attained her BFA in contemporary dance from Concordia University, Montreal, has worked as an apprentice for Union Dance Company in London, England, has co-created two Canadian dance collectives and has worked as a freelance dance writer for two Canadian dance publications.

Pei-chun Wang has danced in Taiwan, Israel, Brazil and the US for companies including Ku & Dancers, A Moving Sound Theater, Cia. Joao Andreazzi and Clipa Theater. Her choreography has been supported by grants from the Taiwanese Council of Culture and Arts and LMF Dance Fund.

Abigail Levine has made dances for subway stations, swimming pools, airports, office buildings, gardens, and theaters in New York, Washington DC, Havana, Cuba and Caracas, Venezuela. She has danced with choreographers including Jennifer Monson, Clarinda Mac Low, Alan Good, Pat Catterson, Pele Bauch, Despina Stamos and Marianela Boan. Pei-chun and Abigail began working together at Wesleyan University, along with Evan and Taylor, and are very, very happy to be reactivating this collaboration.

*This duet began last spring as a dance correspondence on YouTube. The work has been supported by the LMF Dance Fund of Taiwan and space grants from The Dragon’s Egg in Ledyard, CT and La Guardia HS of the Arts, NYC.

Wendy Osserman grew up in NYC where she was able to savor many dance forms and study modern dance with luminaries such as Martha Graham, José Limón and Helen Tamiris. Before starting her own company in 1976, Wendy performed as a soloist with Kei Takei, Valerie Bettis, Frances Alenikoff and the Hellenic Chorodrama throughout Greece. Wendy Osserman Dance Company has toured internationally and appeared in NYC venues such as DTW, Dixon Place, St. Mark’s Church, the Kitchen, and Joyce Soho. WODC is in residence at the Chelsea Art Museum where it performs movement scores responding to the art exhibits. It has been invited to appear in Tanec Praha (Prague Dance Festival) '08.
