Tatyana Tenenbaum is grateful to be surrounded and informed by a community of inspiring and thoughtful dance artists. Since her initial beginnings as a composer, she has been investigating an integrated approach to dance-making that examines sound and movement within a shared perceptual framework. She holds a 2011 Fresh Tracks Residency through Dance Theater Workshop and has shown her work in Ohio, Chicago, New York, and LA. She has collaborated extensively with Lucinda Segar, Ethan Cowan, Hannah Verrill, and Mara Poliak. She has also worked with Michele Torino Hower, Brandin Steffensen, Odeya Nini, and Yoshiko Chuma and the School of Hard Knocks. She is a graduate of Oberlin College & Conservatory of Music.
