Eden's Expressway is a beautiful, well maintained, column free space with an excellent floor and bright light. The studio space is 35x40, with sprung wood floors, good light (windows on one full wall), and partial mirrors on one wall (curtain can be drawn.) The studio is open from 10am - 8:30pm 7 days a week. Rehearsal rates is $10 per hour, and class/workshop rates is $25 per hour.
Movement Research rents studio space to artists for rehearsal, classes, workshops or private instruction on an hourly basis. We cannot rent space for auditions at this time. Because of our delicate floor, we do not rent for tap, flamenco, hip hop, or any other form requiring shoes. If you are able to rehearse barefoot we are happy to try and accomodate you. Movement Research is a dance service organization, and for this reason we rent only to dance and dance related rehearsals, workshops, and other applicable events. The studio is located at 537 Broadway, 4th floor (between Prince and Spring Streets.) The studio is convenient to the R, 6, C, E, B, D, F, and V trains.
